Edwin Megargee’s Dogs

Edwin Megargee was an animal painter, illustrator, and etcher. He was born in 1883 in Mt. Airy , Pennsylvania.
He was a breeder and painter of gun dogs and wrote and illustrated several illustrated dog dictionaries. The running greyhound logo for the Greyhond Bus Co. was designed by Megargee.
